Oracle Apex - Optional List of Values (LOV) -

To use the list of values, there is a way in Oracle APX or select a list, but the user Do not force them to choose and allow them to enter different items?

Yes:

  1. You can use the Popup LOV item type, where the user can type anything to them, and LOV is used only to give them suggestions if they click the LOV button.
