English grammar checker engine for .NET? -

I am looking for an English Grammar Checker Engine (not a spell checker). I got one, but it's more than $ 1000. These resources were found on SO.

I like to use ready to use the engine. Feed it sentences, paragraphs, or text documents, and it excludes grammar suggestions as a text. If it's free, then I could have a web service engine software costing $ 200 or less. Any suggestions?
