sql - "access denied" error in phpmyadmin -

We have decided to transfer one of our websites from one web hosting service to another. Therefore, I supported all the files and moved them to the new host. The problem here is that I can not import the SQL file into the new database on the new host, I get the "login denied" error strange. I am using CPNL version 11. Any ideas?

Do you need to change file permissions?
