http status code 404 - ASP.NET MVC - Elmah not working and returning 404 page for elmah.axd -

I am trying to use the alpha for my MVC application and I have followed the wiki steps :, But also

404 - File or directory could not be found.

Can anyone help me?

OBS: My IIS version is 7.5
