iphone - how to add text and images together -

IM Developing a notebook based application also contains notes and images. Unable to find the best way to add image and add text, im is also editable, so I'm confused whether to take scroll-view or text view or not. Have I taken scroll-app, there is no editable option. If I take a text view, then we can not change the frames of the image. Please give me quick reply
