c++ - Can I use glibc under windows? -

Is it possible to use glibc (as a replacement for msvcrt) under windows? I know that this is a stupid question, and answers like pops will be popping up, but I'm really asking: Is it possible to link globals to windows and use all library functions like msvcrt? ?
