Access specific file in Flash with fileReference -

I need to create a flash applet that automatically captures a specific file on a user's system (iTunes XML file) Takes it and uploads it on my server so far I have been able to complete this file with the user, but I was wondering how to upload a specific file without any user that the user should go to It is without locating.
