Lotus Quickr - QuickrlocaleUtil Error -

I have installed lotusquickr in my system. When I run an application called main.nsf in the lotusquickr folder, I get the following error "QuickrLocaleUtil is undefined". Since I am completely new to this, I do not know what is the reason for this error. Please help me.
