ide - Best environment to do jscript development on Windows? -

I'll need to create some webpages which are making heavy use of JScript and separate JSRT libraries and write me a bit of code And debug to see if it works. I would like to know whether there is an IDE present on Windows JSUT or is there a combination of such devices that can be used for this purpose?
