Can I use private APIs for an iPhone Enterprise application? -

I'm looking at developing an enterprise iPhone app because it will be owned and not stored in the app store Am I Free to Use Private API?

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, you can do whatever you like. Keep in mind that private APIs are more likely to break with iPhone OS updates.
