c# - Getting ready to move to EDA/SOA any words of wisdom? -

We are currently preparing to go to an event-driven / service oriented architecture (know this will be a long process ). If anyone had any advice, just wanted to get some words of knowledge, our MGMT is actually starting to advance the transition, but coming from a sequential processing environment, we are not only concerned about our IT vendor , But how it will react to business.

Just the other primary hurdles others have had to endure such a move, they purchased the Oracle's Weblogic / SOA / BPL Suite.
