javascript - how to efficiently append content with JQuery -

I am using JQuery to add large amounts of text inside a tag. Currently I get more text within the tag, there is a slow cover, and in large quantities the text is very slow.

Is there a more efficient way to add text? For example, instead of creating dummy hair tags and setting the content instead of adding them to parents?
