deepzoom - MultiScaleTileSource and Collections -

Does anyone know how to override GetTileLayers for archiving in MultiScaleTileSource class. I want to set the source in a xml document (which is a deep zoom archive dock). I need to remap from images and filename formats.

It's simple with a single image, but how do you do it for archiving?

Check it out is not officially possible.

There may be a related question why the tileImageLayerSources argument of MultiScaleTileSource.GetTileLayers is not a collection of Uris in particular, and why it is a collection ... that is why we want to call several URIs in one call ?
