java - Open a project in Eclipse -

I'm totally new to Eclipse / Java / Android programming, so it may sound like a silent question, But I did not open the project last week I was working ... this is the "HelloWald" project.

I am very familiar with Visual Studio so I was searching for something like a project file / solution or there is a way to open a directory in Eclipse, but I have no luck and completely I'm lost.

Any help is appreciated!

Import and then select existing projects in the workspace and then select the directory with your HelloWorld project. Are you?
