Is it possible to have two URLs for wordpress.com in the same post?

There will be a short URL like

http://mydomain.com/28

and another SEO will be friendly:

http: //mydomain.com/28-this-is-the-post-about ...

In WordPress, all post URLs are on mywordpresshome.com/?p=xx where xx is the post id number. Some others include mod_rewrite WordPress will rewrite a type in the admin section for you - so that you can select either short version or a long time given above. In the admin interface, it will not let you do both. But you can edit mod_rewrite yourself and work effectively to get both patterns - small and long - can get.
